Absolutely crazy sand hotels opened up in the Netherlands

Not so long ago, the European Hotel Zand opened two incredible sand hotels. To implement this idea, Zand teamed up with an event company Global PowWow, specializing in the creation of sand structures. As a result of their cooperation, 2 unusual hotels appeared in the Netherlands. Their creation was timed to coincide with the annual sand sculpture festival held in the cities of Sneek and Oss.

Here's how they look outside:

The hotel in Oss is decorated with sculptures of Chinese dragons and warriors of the Terracotta Army.

Their view is very impressive.

And this sandy concept was inspired by the ice hotels in Sweden and Finland.

Inside, they are no less amazing. Here is one of them:

Each hotel is a fully furnished one-room apartment with Wi-Fi, running water, electricity and windows.

And here is the second hotel:

Yes, these walls are made of sand.

If you suddenly forget that you are inside the building of sand, then these sand sculptures will remind you of this.

This is truly an incredible job.

There are even bathrooms.
