The minimum wealth of people in different countries

How offhand can you evaluate the wealth of a person simply by watching him in a supermarket or in the market? A middle-income person will take a standard set of good quality essentials. With above-average incomes, of course, he will allow himself more expensive food, organics and delicacies. Those who are forced to survive on minimal income, buy much less than the required amount and, as a rule, are limited to the most inexpensive products. Food is always an excellent indicator of financial well-being or lack thereof. That is why economic expert Howie Lin and photographer Stephen Chow came up with a very capacious and curious project, in which they photographed the daily volume of products that residents of different countries can buy with minimal income.
