Eleven Madison Park - has the official status of the best restaurant in the world. The chef of this luxurious and truly amazing restaurant Daniel Humm was awarded the Michelin star, and his works are able to conquer even the most sophisticated gourmet.

So, the restaurant is located in Manhattan, between 24th and 25th Madison Avenue. The Art Deco room features floor-to-ceiling windows and impressive floral arrangements.

But let's move on to food. Eleven Madison Park offers a menu preceded by light snacks. First, small warm cheese pies sprinkled with salt are served.

While you enjoy these wonderful buns, you will be offered to choose a drink. Julian chose Arno Roberts 2006 wine.

Along with the wine, you will be served another dish with tiny snacks. Briefly about each of them.

For many years, the famous foie gras pudding has been served here. This pudding was crowned with asparagus jelly.

Foie gras literally melt in your mouth, also pickled spring vegetables and radish are included in the dish.

A tender Atlantic halibut was served with smoked young garlic and spiny lobster.

Each dish is even more delicious than the previous one. Nova Scotia lobster with young carrots, ginger and granola with spices.

Slow cooked chicken with giant freshwater shrimp and seaweed.

Four ways to cook Colorado lamb - ravioli, sausages, ribs and "sweet meat".

The highlight of the program is a musky duck with lavender, glazed with honey.

Duck with strawberries and asparagus.

Then a trolley was brought to the table. The waiter served traditional cheese to the taste of the guests.

Raisin bread sticks go well with cheese.

At the end, dessert is tangerine foam, frozen with liquid nitrogen.
