Dutch artist turns bananas into works of art

Stefan Brusche is an artist from Rotterdam (Netherlands) who has found a new use for bananas. For almost 7 years, he has been turning these fruits into works of art, painting and carving on them. One day, a man discovered that bananas can be a great canvas.

"It all started a few years ago when I just started using Instagram, - says Brusche. - I was at work and just wanted to post something. Then I noticed a banana and thought it would be a good post if I just draw a happy face on it ". He was surprised how pleasant it was to draw on a banana peel, and the Dutchman decided to repeat it again the next day. Let's see how his work became a few years later.
